Immediately after we submitted our order, entered our birth data and start date of the Forecast, we also got an e-mail, confirming our order and also containing a link to our online Forecast.
However, there was NO invoice or receipt of our payment attached. There even was a link to our chart wheel. The Forecast, in a very attractive HTML-format, is only available online for a few days, so you have to save it on your hard disk/desktop/CD-ROM as a txt-file...
We also got a coupon to get 20% off the next order.
We were quite impressed by the quality of the astrology iVillage Forecast, that was almost instantly available on the link that we got when we submitted our order.

The Forecast is in fact a listing of transiting planets (Sun thru Pluto, without the Moon) making aspects to natal planets or transiting natal houses and the time period in which the aspect is active or peaks. Every transit is delineated on itself.
The descriptions of the aspects were often remarkable to the point. They are insightful and comprehensively written.
As with most computerized reports, the interpretations of the different aspects were not related with one another. Every aspect was interpreted as a single and isolated part without taking the whole into account.
Nevertheless this astrology iVillage Forecast contains valuable information if you want to peak into your future or want to know what happens in your life. It will give you a better understanding of your life.
All in all we were satisfied with what we got for the price. Astrology iVillage delivers some other Forecasts too: a 3 Month Forecast (at $12.95), 6 Month Forecast (at $19.95) and a 12 Month Forecast (at $34.95). Even if you get valuable information, we find the 1 Year Forecast quite expensive!

What did we get? This time we chose the full-length One Year Planetary Review.
As usual, ordering astrological profiles and forecasts from Astrology iVillage is very straightforward. After entering the own birth data and the start date of the Forecast, we came to the payment option.
Instantly after we payed by credit card, our Report was ready in a HTML-format.
We were advised to save the Review on our Computer because the Review will only be available online for some days. We saved the Review in txt (text)-format, as suggested. Immediately after we processed our order, we got an e-mail from astrology iVillage saying that our Review was available.
However, there was NO invoice or receipt of our payment attached.
The Review (in HTML-format) contains 8 pages. The Review describes the current and approaching astrological trends in your life. Day-to-day aspects are disregarded in favor of a broader view.
The interpretations are given of the transiting outer planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) aspecting the natal planets and entering the natal houses as well.
This Review by Astrology iVillage delivers a lot of interesting information. By analyzing the contacts (aspects) of the outer planets to your natal planets and houses, you get the bigger picture of the unfolding year, the major themes that hold your future.
Even if this astrology iVillage Report is a general analysis of transiting planets, Astrology iVillage has done a wonderful job by choosing such insightful texts and descriptions.
We were satisfied with this One Year Planetary Review from Astrology iVillage. It's a well-written, comprehensible and most informative Review. Recommended.

This astrology iVillage report predicts where the planets are in the current time period, when they will be forming aspects to your natal planets, what influences these aspects bring, and how long they will last -- as far into the future as you wish to look.
In the Introduction Astrology iVillage points to the fact that this report goes beyond the limitations of most astrological forecast reports in two very important ways: (1) they go into a much more detailed interpretation for the heavier aspects that could have a greater impact on your life, and (2) they include some suggestions for you to consider regarding how you may deal with the influences.
This should eliminate the need for further counseling in most cases.
To obtain maximum benefit from this Astrology iVillage report, they recommend a periodic study and review of the information as the time period unfolds -- once a week, at least, and more often when there are significant things going on in your life.
It is always good to keep a diary or a journal to get a sense of the timing of the transits and a history of how they affected your life.

This is a huge Forecast (in HTML-format), containing 84 pages(!) All of the major astrological influences (major aspects of the transiting planets -- except the Moon) on a given day are determined.
If there is no major aspect, a minor aspect or lunar transit is interpreted. The Forecast is so big because it lists all 360 days counting from the starting date you can choose when ordering the Forecast.
This Astrology iVillage Forecast is written by Ronco, Jawer and Hajjar and gives you daily insight into your moods and experiences, or get a head start on planning for the days and weeks to come.
The interpretations are well-written and most insightful. We were quite impressed because we found the delineations most to-the-point and on target.
We followed the listing day by day and were really amazed how accurate this Day-by-Day Forecast from Astrology iVillage is.
They have done a wonderful job by choosing such accurate descriptions of the transiting planets.
We were absolutely satisfied and delighted with this One Year Day-by-Day Future Forecast!
Astrology iVillage delivers some other Day-by-Day Future Forecasts too (all with a known Birth Time): a 1 Month Forecast (at $9.95), a 3 Month Forecast (at $12.95), a 6 Month Forecast (at $19.95) and a 12 Month Forecast, that we ordered (at $34.95).
The 12 Month Forecast may be quite expensive at first sight, but if you consider this astrology iVillage Report analyzes a full year, it's quite cheap.

This Solar Return Report from Astrology iVillage is written by Mary Shea and gives insight to how the current placement of the Planets in this chart influences your life this year.
This report also might offer guidance to help you evolve as an individual.
This Solar Return does not take into account the rulerships and you will not find a comparison with the natal chart in it.
This is a pity as these tools are indispensable to delineate any Solar Return chart. You miss a part of the picture.
On the other hand, you will get some information on retrograde Solar Return planets and Solar Return planets that are about to enter another house (conjoining that house), which is really a very welcome addition to the delineations of the planets in the houses.
When delineating the planetary positions, this astrology iVillage Forecast sums up all possibilities in which the planets may work out.
It's a general Forecast that delivers some insightful delineations, but often misses the point too. We know that delineating Solar Returns is not easy and this Forecast Report just confirms this.
However Astrology iVillage is to be congratulated for delivering such a Personalized Automated Report in which you will find the year's influences listed.

The Profile contains 16 pages in HTML-format and describes the Secondary Progressions (day for a year process).
This astrology iVillage Report not only tells WHAT, WHEN and HOW, but it also tells HOW LONG by telling how long the progressive aspects remains in their position.
With each of the interpretations for these progressed planetary positions, there is a brief synopsis of the influence of its position in the natal chart included for comparison.
The progressed planets are delineated in the progressed houses.
There is no comparison of the progressed planets with their position in the natal houses. Even the outer planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) are interpreted in the progressed houses.
The inter-aspects between the progressed planets are interpreted as well. There is no comparison of the inter-aspects with the natal planets however.
All in all this Report, written by Riley Goodwin, is not bad, even if we found the descriptions of the planetary positions mediocre.
The interpretations were not always on target and often missed the nail.

We can imagine that the author wrote specifically for youth, but if the outcome is differently from the text, we have our doubts about the content and value of this astrology iVillage Forecast.
Ok, delineating transits in an automated way is always tricky and generalistic but we have seen better reports -- and that we found appropriate for adolescents as well.
